Very easy! Take a Captain Briton, sand down his chin guard. Use epoxy for helmut fin, bicep wraps, belt and shirttails. Sand down epoxy for smooth finish, primer and paint. Add rubberband for strap and make sheath out of epoxy. Used masonite for sword. Wah-la, instant swordsman
