Pretty much followed Kyle's recipe. the only thing I haven't done yet is add his gun and holster, I ordered one from a website, real looking gun and holster from a wwII figure.
Recipe
Base: Giant Man
Feet: BAF Apocolypse
Harness/Belt/Collar/Hood tip: FIXIT Sculpt
Weapons: Sigma 6 Snake Eyes
Added seams around his eyes with fixit, and the seams are the insulation tubing around wires

Thanks. The wire I used comes in rolls at radio shack, the red and black electrical wiring. I just stripped one end (like if you were going to attach it to an led or something) and used pliers to GENTLY started pulling out the copper wires. And if you're going tonise headphones, the dollar store!
Ah, great idea. I'll use that when I next put seams on my customs.

I'm curious, but do you have a picture of the type of wire tubing you're using, or a description of where I could source some of it out?
I've heard of people using old headphone wire for seams, but I don't have any old headphones to chop up.
