I did the Red Skull only for the purpose of having Captain America & the Invaders main enemy. This does not reflect my views in any way.I took the head, weapons & chest belts off of the Ultimate Nick Fury figure. Then I used the head from the Marvel Legends Red Skull (Captain America vs. Red Skull combo) & cutt off the boots, glued on the head. To attach the boots, I had to cut the legs off just below the knee joints & glued on the boots. The rifle is from Ultimate WW2 Cap, & I used a small crystal & glued it to a wood shaft. I also took the utility belt from original skull & painted it leather red. Then choose pieces of my favorite Skull costumes.***UPDATE*** I replaced the head of his swagger stick with a die-cast skull from a D&D pedistal to make it more correct. also added some heavier fire power for him to carry.
