The ability to pay his bills on time. Able to take an open-hand slap and not shed a tear in front of his best of friends. Able to run a little over a mile in under 10 minutes. The ability to change the oil in his Mustang without the aid of a professional. He even has held a stead and solid relationship with his girlfriend / fiance for over 4 years.
The list goes on and on. You too could possess the powers of the Bill if you study hard, drink in moderation if possible, exercise 30 minutes a day and stick to a semi-balanced diet.
