Decided to make a ICON size Nova Annihilation, this big boy was made from several WWE 12" figures sorry but I really don't know there names, sculpted the helmet chest and shoulder and legs parts, blades on arms are foamie reinforced with a thin layer of hard plastic. Let me know what you think.
Thank you all for the comments! Renmauzo-I used a milk carton plastic and I super glued it to the blade only, one thing you need to sand down both sides of the plastic for the glue and paint to stick. That plastic is very flexible won't snap or blend out of shape.
Great detail work! I am interested to know what you did for the application of the thin layer of plastic you mentioned. Was it a molding plastic, did you melt it on...? I don't collect Marvel toys, but this is one that I would definitely have for my figure collection. Awesome work Stevid, another great recipe for us to try out! -Renmauzo
