Basically just took the horns off the crappy ML Loki and attached it to Havok then primed, added apoxy belt and repaint. This is what Marvel Legends should have done in the first place.

Oh man, that's classic xD
Toy Biz had a good idea with the leathers on the ML Loki's suit-design, but for some reason it just didn't look good enough. I still think he just looks like a guy in a baggy suit :[
