I've scrapped this figure twice, but after finding a recipe that worked for me, I can finally add Mayor Mike Haggar to my Final Fight set as custom no.45! He used to be a WWE figure of some kind, which I felt was only fitting given Haggar's character, and I didn't need to do any parts swapping for him either. Truth be told, all that was needed was the chin and mustache sculpt, the dremmeling of the shirt sleeves and lines, and the making of his signature belt out of swede, elastic, beads, and knick-knacks for the buckle.
After a new paint app, he's ready to throw down alongside Cody and Guy on the streets of Metro City. Hope you all like him, and I will have more on the way soon! (...about a dozen more almost done!)
