He is the evil master of tornados, whirlwind! He is a magical copy made by skeletor to defeat syklone. I came about with this idea after having some months a vintage syklone around.

The good guy should be named Whirlwind and the Faker-esque bad guy copy should be Syklone, that would fit better, lol. get it, "Sy-'c'lone" just stupid and silly enough to make for a good master's of the Universe name =)
