Hi to all at figure realm, firstly can I say what a fantastic site you have. I visit it regularly to check out all the new custom figures. My name is justyn lee I am an artist/illustrator from the u. K. This is my first custom made figure. I am a blade runner/harrison ford fan so it was an obvious choice to make my own rick deckard figure. The recipe is as follows: the head is a new han solo figure with resculpt hair and repainted eye as the toy makers insist on giving him brown eyes when they are clearly green. Very subtle dry brushed grey to simulate stubble. The base figure is comprised from g. I. Joe 25th anniversary figures. I pieced him together from numerous parts. The chest,the stomach & crotch,the arms,the thighs,the lower legs,the shoes are from different figures all resculpted and then painted. The trenchcoat is from a police detective gordon figure. The jacket is from a doctor who figure with lots of resulpting and a repaint. The tie I made from plastic and then painted. The shirt detailing was drawn on the computer ,reduced then printed out,cut and stuck. The blaster,belt and holster are g. I. Joe accessories resculpted and painted. I enjoyed producing this figure very much and hope this is just the start. I would appreciate any comments and feedback as your opinions are welcome and gratefully received. Thank you and enjoy.
