I agree, solid eyes are the way to go in my opinion. I too enjoyed this series back in the day, but I didn't mind that he turned out to be hawk, I just thought it was a rip off cuz I actually bought the titles in between where waverider looked into everyone's futures to see who monarch was and when he scanned hawk, it wasn't him, then it turned out to be hawk anyway, that was when I realized the comic companies cared more about getting to fans to buy all there titles than stoyline integrity. sigh. great custom, though, really cool!

Hey man--nice work! This was one of my favorite storylines in DC...until it turned out he was just Hawk! Its about time we had a new Monarch figure!! Well done.

Regardless this guy is very well done. I can see you put a lot of time into him. As far as your question about the eyes go I say make them one solid color. Nothing says evil dictator than no pupils!
