This was a project that I wanted to be perfect, I'm big on mr. T and I really wanted to pay homage with this one. I did a 1/6 scale mr. T in the 90's but like a fool, I was not taking pictures back then. I want to thank my daughter who donated one of her stuffies for the collar :-). Enjoy! Recipe:
