I had an extra Hobgoblin laying around and saw what could be a scary clown in him. Switched out his legs for some MODOK legs to give him a weird look I guess. Sculpting here, hot-glue there, paint everywhere and we have Sir Kussact (Circus Act).

Backstory:
Once a wealthy man with a beautiful wife and 3 children who loved to make other children happy by performing as a clown for free (he's wealthy why does he need more money) at events such as birthday parties, now a hell bent clown repaying his deal with the Devil. On the brink of death after crashing his car on his way to a birthday party, the Devil makes him a deal saying that he would give him his life back if he did some deeds for him on the living side. He agreed. His payment to the devil was to get him souls, but not just any souls. The Devil wanted souls of super-heroes. But Sir Kussact questioned how he was to do this as he wasn't quite a man with a huge muscular physique or powers even. The Devil said he would besto upon him powers that would enable him to do so. Wanting to see his family again, he rashly said yes. Unbeknowst to him, he sent back to the living as demented clown. Scaring both his family, his children and anyone who came into contact with his new found looks, he had no choice but to do the Devils bidding. And so he begins his quest to attain his original life... as a villain.

Powers:
Absorbing souls. (When taking souls of those he's killed he also takes on their powers) Super-human strength (Faichild), super-human speed (The Flash), super-human agility & wallcrawling (Spidey). Ability to conjure hellfire and shape them into anything circus related such as lions, elephants, and bowling pins or even make flaming stilts to use.

Circus Act list of super-heroes souls to take. The Devil needs 6 Marvel souls, 6 DC souls & 6 Image Souls (666 eh?) in order to return on Earth. (Keep in mind that this is fiction, I know a clown couldn't kill any of these heroes and the fact that he's universe hopping clown doesn't make all that much sense either, but what the hay eh?)
