I found the variant Superman from the Kalibak wave the other day, so I simply swapped heads with the original DCSH Supes. Not exactly rocket surgery, but I think it makes for a nice Superman, and he can now stand up straight. Thanks for looking.

I tried doing this, but the head didn't fit right. It was very loose and shaky. Advice?
