Heres my take on a fully armored Ultron!

I started with an old Toybiz version and removed his already existing weapons. I then got to work on beefing up his evilness.
His head wing things wear removed and replaced with Kamen Rider bike bot wing tips. THe shoulder turrets and leg missiles pods came from a MARS kit. Along with those the shoulder and thigh armor also came from MARS kits. The wrist and back wings both came from Zoids. The wings are actually Zoid Mammoth tusks and the wrist guns are from a Zoid turtle. Finally his hands are Doc Ock tentacle ends. These give Ultron more movement in the fingers, not to mention I added gun barrels in the center of each.

Just having guns wasn't enough, I used a Sigma 6 Fireflys guns blast and altered them to slip over each of the gun barrels.

Since I got his secong hand his light up feature needa ;ittle work so I cleaned out the battery compartment and got the juice flowing again with a new set of batts. Now Ultron has a light up face to show his evil nature!

With my mods Ultron now has 39 moving parts oppossed the the original figures 16!
