Here he is master of disguise zartan! I was going thru my parts and figures and had an idea. Now I'm kinda upset I sold my cobra commander figure. Oh well. So I found my girlfriend's super hero squads zartan and tried to go off of it and I put my spin on it. I'm not sure if he's an active member or just an affiliate, so I did not put a cobra emblem on him. Let me know wat you think. Thanks
***added note, i removed the wings and the weapons have pegs on them and they fit perfectly in the holes.
