This guy was basically an excuse to try sculpting scale mail. Basically I stripped Balrog down to be a blank, then I sculpted on the scales, and added the belt. I used a little sculpt extended the hairline from the lowest point and that became the mask. The mask ties are from Iceman's armband. The shield was made from one of those clear stands that used to come with early Marvel Legends. I was going to put the insignia on the shield be my printed botched my last sheet of decal paper and I ran outta time to spend on it. Overall a fun custom, I'll know what not to do next time I sculpt armor scales.
