Fishing line for the costume seams, plastic for the collar and part of the belt, and lots of sculpting.

It isn't mesh, but it has clear plastic with Tamiya Smoke (clear black, basically) painted over it. That is why it looks kind of dark. I need to rephotograph him to try to capture it better.

Great work! Does the helmet have mesh over the eyeslot? It's hard to tell in the photo, due to the shadows.

Awesome, he looks great! The sculpting and painting are top notch, if I saw it on a shelf I would think it was direct from Hasbro =) Really nice work!
