Riddle me this Batman, what had a previous identity and took a bath in paint and now has another? Why this Riddler custom of course. A simple custom with this guy, easy repaint of the Joker Goon and a swap of the head and hands and there you go.

Cane and Hat: DCUC RIddler
Tie: random piece of plastic
