This is one of those characters that had a big run in the comics for awhile and was even part of the toy series based on the Spider-Man animated show in the 90s. He called himself the Ultimate Spider-Slayer and had all of these cool razor on his suit as well as 2 HUGE pincers coming out of his back. I used Iron Fist with a DCUC head and the pincers came from some Secret Saturdays figure. Hope you like and have a great day!

He worked for the Kingpin, as did his father, and was creator of the spiderslayer robots. His father was working for kingpin to raise money to get him a hover wheelchair or something like that.
