I found some old DC Direct figures, I think the head is from the Legion. Nightcrawler body. Some paint and foam for his gauntlets. Drilled the inside of the head then used some putty to fit it in the neck peg. The 2nd in a cosmic wave I'm doing now. Hope ya like!
