Quantum 7 created a Bucky for me. So I guess the Toro should be about that height. I was thinking of using a AOA wolverine but he is a little too buff I am using a Marvel Legends Human Torch (johnny storm) as a placement for Toro. I hear a Cap in his Original Uniform is coming out. I will wait to see what that looks like. If it isn't any good I hope I have acquired enough skills by then to make my own. I also need to make namor in his speedos

He is an android. Created by a Dr. Horton. He started off not being able to control his flame whenever he came into contact with oxygen. He not only learned to control his flame he could also control flame not generated by him. He was with the Invaders along with a young mutant (Toro) who had similar powers. Other members included Captain America, Bucky and Namor.
He (despite being an android) gave a BLOOD transfusion to a young lady who gained speed (Spitfire).
At one time he was thought to be the Avengers Vision after being re-tooled by Ultron. However, that was changed at a later date.
I am hoping to find a short figure to create a flamed off Toro (he ran around with disco boots and trunks; like he could have been Namor's sidekick instead). Johnny Storm took a red suit at one point in honor of Jim Hammond

Yeah but he learned to control it I guess. I have a few AWC comics that hes not lit up.
