It's Little Mac from Nintendo's Punch-Out!!, originally debuting on the NES, and recently remade on the Wii!

I used various Marvel Legends figures for parts as well as sculpting. The boxing gloves, the shorts, and boots' details, parts of the hair were all sculpted on. The face was also smoothed out with sculpt.
