Height:6.00 inches
Old Blue here is a ML Quicksilver base, with a LCBH Madman head, ML Pyro's wrists, DCU Red Tornado's hands and ML Captain Marvels boots. The fin was created with a piece of XMC Archangel's wing. The belt is a piece of electrical tape: the scarab was made with Green Stuff. Painted with Citadel colors.
