This is my "Evil Orko"
Orko body(upper and lower), inside part(black) of his head and ears.
Stargate Atlantis Wraith Queen arms
MOTU 2000 Skeletor Hood
Cape made from foam sheet
Staff modified Mcfarlane Dragon series staff.
I really like how he turned out.

Update: New base is done, went with a stone look. Made from a small wood clock face from Wal-mart, dremeled and painted. The stand is the neck from a disposable wine glass. Cauldron is just Halloween fodder.

Yeah this is real cool. I like Orko, would be cool is he could like "Hulk-out" and go all dark on someone buttocks! Cool vision bro!
