Heres my take on Chromedome.

He was made from another one of the wal Greens transforming cars.
He was givent a full paint job with moddified Jango Fett guns for exhaust pipes aka guns.

Thanks for the comments guys.
The head is part scratch and part KO Victory Convoy Minibot. The entire face is sculpt and styrene.
