This started as a Knuckles action figure from Jazwares, but I plucked off the hands and feet then replaced them with Tails' hands and Sonic's feet. I used polymer clay to make the belt, boots, and other clothing elements. The detail work on the face was painted on with a toothpick instead of a brush. The figure refused to stand with the new feet I gave it so I had to make a base for it.
