Removing his traditional domed helmet, Mysterio reveals that Spider-Man isn’t the only one to have changed! Shrouded in reality warping mist, the Master of Illusion is ready to confuse Spider-Man: Just who is the original Spider-Man? Peter, Ben or Kaine?!

Mysterio comes with an alternate smoke hidden head and smoke collar.




The bane of my life! I attempted this custom once before and it was a complete disaster. At that time I was trying to give him a light up LED head and it was just a mess. I hate to even think about it now!

This is Mysterio in his 90's costume, when he was menacing Ben Reilly (and continuing to menace fashion). How long would it take him to put all those belts on? Unless of course, he's just in his sweats and his costume is all an illusion.

I sculpted his head this time, so it was much easier and I was really happy with how he came out. I sculpted a little smoke collar to pop inside his headdress and that really made the head look smokier and hide his neck.

Mysterio's helmet is a Christmas ornament, and his cape was made from my usual latex/paper technique but with wire added inside the lining to help it stay in shape better.
All of the straps on his costume were sculpted.
