Not a great deal done to this bad boy, but none the less steve has come out as one of my favourite customs to date. Plus I havent done to bad a job with the photos either.
I used ultimate caps body, with the standard cap head then shaved the wings off and puttied on the chin strap. I swapped out the shield for the cap armour iron man movie figures sheild as the darker red better fits the ultimate version. I then repainted the whole figure top to tail with citadel paints so that my cap matched bryan hitches cap from the start of the ultimates vol 2
Like I say I really love this simple custom, please lemme know what you think of him :)
Hey guys, thanks for all the comments. The head swap was a real easy heat and pop job. I just left both figures in a bowl of boiling water for about 30 seconds the liteerally pulled their heads of, soaked em again and popped the new head on, jobs a good 'un
Great customs, love the repaint and the head sculpt. If you don't mind me asking, how did you swap the head, seperate the bodies and switch the head post?
