This is an iron spider-man made from an animated spidey. For the most part the body is a repaint. The legs are from the animated doc ock. The hard part was determining how the legs would be joined together and attached to spidey's back. I found a small, cheap paint container, trimmed it down and cut 3 holes so the legs would lie down snug in it. I put superglue on the bottom, a wad of liquid nails over that, pushed the legs into the glue, and put more superglue in every crevice. Worked pretty well. I carved just a bit into spidey's back (just enough to make a flat spot) so a magnet would fit. I put the other magnet, of course, on the piece that attaches the legs to his back. I'm most happy with the color of the red that mixed.

I learned one hard lesson - apparently liquid nails expands a tad, and trimming it down is like trying to trim steel lolz. I'll remember that next time, so there's a tiny bit showing under the magnet. I'll fix that when I get a new bit to slowly bore it away. Btw the two big magnets work great!
