Re sculpted the head added a few pouches and painted the whole thing with citadel paints.

Yeah I guess the facial hair looks a tad bit thick in the pics I'll have to see what I can do about that, and yes the gun is from the ML Punisher/Jigsaw Faceoff series

Looks like the FN minimi from the punisher face off pack, as the drum mag is missing which always bugged me

that looks fantastic! , my only suggestion is to slightly tone down the facial hair, by the way where is that gun from?
