Well I made this a while back after making my first ghost and people pretty much told me it was awful and I thought so too so after that I found a joker figure and it hit me!
I took the fugure cut his head off took a superman cape glued it to his back and modded the cane the figure came with the hat is pure sculpt and the monocle is a piece of plastic for the glass part mighty mend it for the frame and wire for the rest then I painted it all white.
