Got tired of the "Sailor look" and trying to explain to my out of state friends that G.I. Joe wasn't a cartoon about the Village People. I kept the same "Sea theme" buy giving him that same gear that the ROC version came with and of course his pet parrot "Polly". Re-did Polly too. All the ones I own and have seen as of late Polly needs "Ritalin". So I trimmed the wings and made him just chill.
