I used some apoxie sculpt to make the details on the body (and hair). I used bendy sculpey to make the mask, but I've been having trouble with it recently and it started cracking, so I used a thin layer of apoxie over it to smooth things out. Got the antenna from the 6in iron man, and did a full body paint job including the eyes.

The Mask is fully removable and snaps into place! The head is articulate (can swivel around 360 degrees in place) and can be removed from the body (but don't try, see below*).

*In hindsight, The only problem with this figure is that since the body is not FULLY covered in apoxie, it's still plastic and squishable. If you squish it, the apoxie belt breaks off. Well, Don't squish your pwnies!
