well the chest is solid plastic so you can't crack him open lol I pulled him apart and drilled out the spot for the chest light and then same with the head. made the wires of the leds so they were touching (positive to positive and negative to negative) then cut a slot out of the back to fit a c1220 battery in the back. it sticks out about half way but I didn't mind it lol and to turn it on and off you just take the battery in and out.
