Elihas Starr was nicknamed "Egghead" due to his intellect and his oddly shaped skull. Although he had no superpowers, he used his evil genius to battle the Avengers as a member of the Emissaries of Evil and the Masters of Evil.
For this figure, I used the box set Dr. Octopus for the base, with significant alterations. For the head, I cut off the hair and grafted the top half of Absorbing Man's head. I lengthened the torso by adding the stomach area of an additional Doctor Octopus. For the bottom half, I used Frankenstein Monster for the groin and thighs, and (civilian) Wolverine for the lower legs. The collar, tie, suspenders, and the billows in his shirt were made from various pieces of plastic. Although hard to see, I altered the picture on his lab coat ID. Finally, the glasses were made from clamshell packaging, glued to a small piece of plastic for the nose bridge. Photos by Nara and myself.
