white primed the figure, used black felt for the hair, foam for the upper boot cuffs, water color paper for the gloves, foam hole punchouts for the chest doohickeys(can't think of what it would be called) painted it and airbrushed it.
This one is long gone... Actually, this one had been sold several years ago, bought back and refurbished and then sold again last year or the year before(I think). Thanks for asking though.
you know more about the character than me dude all I knew was he was a once upon a time a bad guy I thought. And he died in CivilWar thanks to clone Thor. And was a real bummer
before a marvel historian corrects me on this figure..I did actually meant to call this figure GIANT-MAN. but for some unknown reason, I wasn't thinking and put up BLACK GOLIATH. I guess because that was his first alias. he bacame GIANT-MAN during his project pegasus stint in which he revealed his identity to the THING and the THING suggested he take up the name GIANT-MAN, I suppose since HANK PYM wasn't using it at the time. who knows. this is the GIANT-MAN outfit and not the BLACK GOLIATH outfit which was blue with yellow gloves, yellow boots and a large collar similar to IRON FIST'S.
I would love to see that picture of the black goliath made with the marvel legend icon captain america. do you have a photo of it or can post it?? I want to make one soon. thanks for the compliment, too.
I think I will take it a few steps further than nice. I think this is a near perfect rendition of his regular size. And it is the 2nd best I have seen of this character. The best is made of an MLIcon Cap America. But awesome jobI would be happy with one like this if hasbro put it out
