ML Sinister Six Venom with the arms of a second Venom inserted at the sides. Head from a ML Omega Red and the lower legs of ML Luke Cage. Some sculpting with Apoxie Sculpt to create the helmet and hair and also to help blend the second set of arms. painted with Citadel paints.

No that's a different four-armed character called Barbarus. Made him along with the rest of the Savaage Land Mutates a while back if you wanna take a look at my older figures.
