When the Punisher made a forced entry into Stark Enterprises tech warehouse it also held the captured hero and villains weapons and equipment. Sitting on a lighted shelf he disarmed the alarm and took it back to his new warehouse. There he studied it, tested it and finally repainted the glider to his taste.
