A Gotham City Thug figure from the Mattel Movie Masters Line with its neck tie removed. The head is that of Christopher Eccleston as the 9th Doctor from the "Doctor Who" "Character Options" toyline. The head was scuplted with a new Hairline and beard, cut and hollowed out to fit the ball joint neck of the Movie Master body. The walking stick is also custom made by me and has a hidden blade as it does in Batman Begins.
