My latest series of Marvel legends, the Secret Avengers! Next up the former captain america himself Steve Rogers now in the guise of Super soldier.

Took a Sentry fig and took off the belt popped of the head and lower legs n shaved down the gloves. Took face off Steve's head and popped it on and added cables lower legs. The belt and webbing straps were made from the elastic from a pair of swimming goggles I found lying on the side in my gym cut to shape and then repainted. I also added pouches from cable and cap figures as well as the left thigh pouch from longshots purse. I did take a liberty with the holster on his right thigh. I know he doesn't have one, but I've seen steve rocking a .45 on most of the images and its a practical place to keep one. The holster is from the newest punishers thigh and the m1911 is from the ww2 cap. tho I added some putty to give it some cool pachmeyer grips.

I then (as always) painted the whole thing up by hand with citadel paints. I'm really happy with the star as it was completely free hand. I took my time on this one as in the comic he doesn't have any scales on his armour so I did wana just take the repaint route with an old cap figure, if I'm being honest the boots need a lil work but then again I never bought the ninja wolvie fig.
