I was actually asked to make this figure by a friend at Deviant Art, it's Sonia, from Sonic Underground. She's not wearing her official outfit from the show, but an alternate costume of his design. The figure is made out of Sonic, but has Shadow's hands and Amy Rose's legs. The hair was the hardest part, it's polymer clay over an aluminum foil core to save weight. I don't think the Sonic Underground cartoon was as bad as people say, just mute the TV during the musical numbers and it's a pretty good action cartoon.
