Pretty simple head swap a spawn fig cape and a repaint and two gold thumbtacs to attach the cape. In the MC2 alternate future, Doctor Strange is retired (not by choice "the Vishanti", have fired himand removed him from his position for some attrocity he commited in Earths behalf) and the title of Sorcerer Supreme has been passed to the younger Doc Magus. But from what I see here - I love the additions of the Spawn cloak to the ML Doc Strange and the lovely metallic blue paint job
Not sure about the head addition tho - looks out of place because I don't know that version of strange
But if he looks like that in the comic fair enough
