yeah, I kinda figured that out, a little too late though! I wish you would've told me that about 1 week sooner...(inserting a funny story here)...after working with the apoxie(the super white version) and proceeding to get most of my finger tips very white and not washing them off(no access to a sink) I went into an office to sign some bills and the lady handing me the paperwork curiously was looking at my fingers...and I said.."hey, it's not what you think! I've been working on some toys"...she smiled and said, "sure you are"...YODA says, "impress the ladies, white fingertips do not"

Hey fred, try letting the sculpt sit for about 15-30 minutes after mixing it, before you use it.. It shouldnt be messy on your fingers at all. and its firmer so your BELTS won't turn out like bobs...lol.. J/K

well hey, it's better than the watercolor paper that I had been using on all my customs! I just recently started using the aves apoxie sculpt...that junk is sweet. a little bit messy on the fingers but I likes it. now I'm teaching myself how to sculpt. I dig these 2 figures too. I was about to agree with DTM and say they look like twins. the flaws are only seen by a trained professional..hence...COLTEN FROST...I mean KYLE ROBINSON! LMAO....just kidding! hey, your darn AMULETS are CRAPPY! other than that, I LOVE IT!

hers a tip... SCULPY IS crud...IMO at least Next time we trade I will send you some Aves Apoxie Sculpt.. sound good? and I havent made a tute on how to use it but Jin has one if you check his site.

I like to either dip the end of my finger or tool lightly into the water and use it to smoth it out, just don't use too much or itll stay wet for a while and then you have to be careful not to accidently touch it and leave finger prints or put a mark on it. If you have more then a drop of water then you usually have too much

Hey I learned something new today about sculpty
I'm still learning how to use it I have been using bondo until recently.

It looks like you didn't combine/stick the wrist band together(you can see the "pile up" line).
Try smoothing it out lightly with water to blend it better.

Your right on the money I want to be better I want be able to improve my work. Kyle is not an arse he is doing what I asked and he's 100% right. And if you feel like it feel free to PM me kyle you know I respect yours and everyones opinion. Please feel free to be harsh on me guys, don't cut me slack I want to be better and improve I expect no quarter given to me.

Thank you Kyle, your right. Especially on the belts they broke off right after I took the pic. lol

looks like they got some crotch fungus going on there..lol.. and the chest pieces don't really match eachother, oh... and also, the X on the left one (my left) crooked toward the bottom right (my right) its also a little bolder than ther other X. You might want to use another color to pull out those lips too, like a pinker flesh tone. that would really bring them out. the sculpting could use some work too, on the belt area, should try letting it cure a little more before working. and a little time spent going back with that blue and touching up all that yellow that missed the belt and wrist braces would make it look nicer too.
