This is a rather obscure character, a russian mutant with psychic abilities that formed part of the Bogatyri, a group of russian super-beings which tried to provoke a second cold war. I thought they were interesting and never made before. Head is from movie Magneto, neck from Despero, sculpted hair, chest and moustache.
