Head - Luthor Trooper
Upper body - Mirror Master
Belt - Black Adam
Lower body - Weather Wizard

Very cool Aqua Man, now DC customs you are covering all lines Steve. I just finish my only DC character Green lanter Hal Jordan will post him soon.
