Cap was a Scuba Duke. My very 1st Sigma custom. Had to dremmel off his square-like head into a round shape and used apoxie for the wings on the head( the ones you can't see) The "A" on his forhead and to smooth out the toes. The shield is from ML8 Cap.

He looks fine, but the shield seems a bit small to me.
You may be able to get the Spidey origins Cap for cheap at Target (I saw some of them for $5 the other day!) and his shield may be better
