A work of love mostly. I've always liked Mignola's Hellboy. I 1st started on him bout 2-3 yrs ago and re-did him recently. The base fig is a Hollywood Hogan actually, I think he's a Hogan that came w/a '57 Chevy w/sound fx. The right hand of doom is from an old Apocalypse circa 1998-which the same period for Hogan.

I added apoxie to the right hand and Fimo soft clay for the jaw. The coat is from a WCW Sting re-painted. The belt is also apoxie. The gun is form Lara Croft.

Unfortunately, these pix don't do HB's jaw any justice. I did and re-did it so that it seemed just right but alas, u don't quite see his trademark underbite.
The style I went 4 w/this guy was a lil' comic AND movie influence.
