I agree with the rest of the posts the clear coat paint looks great on Flash!
I thought it would look, I dunno, too metallic, but it's just chock-full-o awesome!

geki69er- I just used plain white copier paper. I Mod Podged a few coats on top to make sure the paint wouldn't seep into the paper and then traced the printed lines.

I love this figure taddy, what is the material that you used to make that logo, I know its from the computer-printer, but I mean the paper you used. But I love your paint job on it, I agree it makes it look like its right from the comics, the flash is the only speedster in my books.

The shading was a lot easier than it looks. I basecoated in silver, then I mixed some black with a tiny drop of water and just painted all the black lines in- I didn't even do a wash. The water helped fake the wash look and softened the edges of the lines a bit. Then I painted the clear red on top. These Tamiya clears darken up a bit with each coat, so I just kept painting until I got the shades I wanted. By the way, using the Tamiya Clear Red is like painting with NyQuil.

One of these days I need to learn to paint like this. If this Flash were simply posed standing straight up, he would still look like he was moving faster than the speed of light! Great work!

Very cool I love thischaracter and I love the crimson effect you got by using red shadowing. The ferret is stealing ideas and leaving you with a 13 out of 10 and his unfamous 3 thumbs up and yes I do have 3 thumbs hehehehehehhe
