The Televiper is another Cobra Soldier that I was aching to do. I used a Sigma 6 Tunnel Rat and stripped him down to his basic form. I sculpted his entire chest a leg pouches and helmet. The visor was the only part not made of sculpt I repainted a Kamakura visor with metallic blue to give it a reflective look. After a spiffing new purple and blue paint job I added his accesories. His backpack and radio came from a 12" soldiers weapons pack.
