The Original Ghost Rider was awesome: School teacher Carter Slade is believed by Indians to be the chosen one, so a medicine man gives him a container with dust from a fallen star – dust that glows in the dark! (Huh?)
Slade comes up with the idea of making a costume and covering it with the dust. He does the same thing with his horse, and he becomes The Ghost Rider – He who rides the night winds!
A bit silly, but I actually really enjoyed it when I recently read the series!
I decided to make this figure even though he doesn’t have any ties to the Midnight Sons other than originally being called ‘Ghost Rider’. His name was later changed to ‘Night Rider’ and then to his current name, ‘Phantom Rider’.
I used the upper body of Cyclops, the legs of Kraven, the head of Moon Knight and the cape of Dr Doom.
I painted the figure grey and then dry brushed it with white.
The hat, I made with FIXIT Sculpt. It turned out pretty good even though a ‘real’ hat would look better.
You might see a few things missing on the figure, like the belts, holsters and guns. Since I didn’t have those things, I decided to submit the figure anyways and complete it later for the time when I make his horse. So until then, this is what he’ll look like!
I’m really happy with how the figure has turned out. It looks A LOT like the character and at least I haven’t seen one that looks this close to the comic.

Let me know what you think!!

This fella is whiter than rice! looks great, a white horse with him would put it in the stratosphere.

Great job, I mean really great job...as soon as I saw the Moon Knight I knew I wanted to make the Phantom Rider, but you beat me to it and did a better job than I could.
Again, really great job.
